For the roll cover:
  • Plain flour(maida) - 1 1/2 cup
  • Salt(to taste) -
  • Yeast - 3/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp
Filling:
  • Chicken(cooked and shredded into small pieces) - 1 cup
  • Onion(big size) - 2 nos
  • garlic(cut into small pieces) - 1 clove
  • Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt(as reqd) -
  • Capsicum(finely chopped) - 3 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Roll cover: 1)Mix sugar and yeast in a cup of water and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Knead flour with salt in the above and keep aside for 2-3 hours.
  3. Filling: 1)Heat oil and saute chopped onion.
  4. Add garlic,capsicum and saute well.
  5. Add soya sauce, sugar and saute well.
  6. Add the shredded chicken and mix well.
  7. Preparation: 1)Divide the dough into four portions roll the dough with a chappathi roller.
  8. Keep the filling inside and roll it. 3)Put light cuts on top of the roll keep the rolls in the steamer for for 15-20 minutes and keep aside.
  9. Heat oil in a fry pan, put the chicken rolls on the pan and fry them till get the brown colour on both the sides.

I tried yesterday. This recipe is very good and easy also. I used tomato sauce instead of soya sauce. Ok, thank u once again for the easy recipe.
