2 tbsp Sunflower oil2 tsp Urad dhal1 tsp Channa dhal2 nos White onions (Finely Chopped)2 nos Green chillies (finely chopped)1 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Coriander powder1/2 piece Organic Cabbage (sliced)2 nos Green capsicum (sliced)2 nos Carrot (grated) Heat 2 tablespoons of Sunflower oil in wo.Add Urad dhal and Channa dhal fried it till gets brown.Add finely chopped white onions, green chillies and fry it in medium till it gets brown.Add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder and coriander powder.Finally add the sliced capsicum, carrot, cabbage and cook it in medium heat for 10 minutes.Serve it in a Noodle bowl.
