Yummy prawns cooked in a jiffy. Perfect as a starter or can be accompanied with fried rice and rotis.

  • Prawns(shelled and cleaned) - 250 g
  • Onions(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1 pinch
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Refined oil - 2 tsp
  • For garnishing: -
  • Spring onions(Few, chopped) -
  • Coriander leaves(Few, chopped) -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry until translucent.
  2. Add ginger, garlic and fry until raw smell disappears.
  3. Add tomato and fry until oil separates.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry until prawns are cooked and texture is soft.
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onions, coriander leaves and serve hot.
