Strawberry In Custard

First chop the strawberries and keep aside.

In a frying pan, add honey and strawberry. Allow it to boil for 4 minutes, remove from fire.

Keep this refrigerated.4) Mix gelatin in water. Double boil it.5) In another vessel, add the custard powder and water. Mix without lumbs.6) Add milk, sugar and mix again. Bring it to boil.

Add the gelatin mix and boil.8) Set this in refrigerator.9) When done, in a serving bowl, first add strawberry mixture, on top with custard.10) Can add whipping cream on top also for better taste.

Serve this chilled.
