Strawberry Kulfi A very delicious strawberry ice cream 500 gm Strawberry10 gm Corn flour100 gm Sugar10 nos Cashewnuts10 nos Raisins (Onakka munthiri)5 nos Almonds (Badam)1000 ml Milk100 ml Cream Boil the milk and reduce its quantity upto half.Add sugar, corn flour (mixed in little water so that it does form lumps) to the milk.Add the cream to the milk and stir well. Boil, until the mixture is thick.Remove from fire and allow it to cool.Wash the strawberries and make a pulp. Add the above pulp, raisins, almonds and the cashewnuts to the thickened mixture of milk.Transfer this mixture to a good vessel and keep it to freeze for 8 - 9 hrs.
