Strawberry Mazaa

Ingredients
  

  • Strawberries mashed to pulp
  • 4 litres Full cream milk
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp Strawberry essence
  • Pink food color Few drops

Instructions
 

  • For preparing strawberry mazza, boil the milk till it is reduced to about half its original quantity.
  • Add sugar, mix thoroughly, remove from flame, cool & put to chill in the refrigerator.
  • Mix together all the remaining ingredients: mashed strawberry pulp, fresh cream, strawberry essence and pink food color with the chilled milk & freeze till set.
