Street Side Szechuan Chicken Rice

This is a fast food recipe. This Szechuan chicken rice is very famous in winter session in streetside. this is prepared with chicken 65 and Szechuan sauce which we already prepared. also we use to with leftover sauce and chicken 65. Its too hot and spicy.

  • Dry Red Chili - 2
  • garlic - 6 pods
  • Mixed vegetables - ½ cup
  • Szechuan sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Egg - 2
  • Onion - 1 Chopped
  • Pepper - ½ tsp
  • Salt(As per taste) -
  • Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. In pan add oil and sauté dry chili, garlic
  2. Now add onion and mixed vegetables sauté well.
  3. Now add egg and sauté. cook well
  4. Now add Szechuan sauce and mix well
  5. Now add Rice, mix well
  6. Now add chicken 65 and pepper and salt mix well heat high flame
  7. Now the Street side Szechuan Chicken Rice is ready serve with onions .
