Street-Side Thattai

Street Side Thattai is a very simple and a crispy snack for evening tea time. It is a famous snack in street sides of Tamil Nadu which is served with coconut chutney. Usually, this thattai is prepared with maida, but on health side we have used wheat flour here to prepare this thattai. The wheat flour along with onion, coriander, curry leaves, chilli flakes are mixed together and made as a dough. This dough is rolled with rolling pin and then we cut with round cutter into small circles and deeply fried in oil.

Instructions
  1. In bowl mix all ingredients and mix well
  2. Now add little oil and water and make soft dough like chapathi dough
  3. Now roll and cut with cookie cutter and some mold and keep aside
  4. Now heat oil and fry well both sides
  5. Now its ready to serve Street-food side Tattai
