  • For preparing stuffed banana fry, peel the bananas and cut them into halves.
  • Heat ghee. Roast beaten rice until it becomes slightly crispy.
  • In the same oil fry the raisins and cashew nuts one by one.
  • Make a thick batter with maida, cardamom powder, water, egg, salt, sugar and baking soda. Mix well and ensure there are no lumps.
  • Take one half banana and layer with beaten rice and dry fruits mixture.
  • Sandwich or close it with the other half. Do the same with the other bananas also.
  • Heat oil in a pan, dip the banana sandwich in the batter and deep fry it till it becomes golden brown.
  • Stuffed banana fry is ready. Serve hot.
