Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet.
  2. Splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add the chopped onions, green chillies and saute.
  4. When the onions turn golden brown, add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  5. Add the vegetables and saute for 2 mins.
  6. Add the potato, salt and masala powder.
  7. Cook this for about 2 mins with little water and keep aside.
  8. Heat oil in a skillet.
  9. Beat the eggs.
  10. Stuff the mixture into each bread and roll them.
  11. Dip the rolls in beaten egg.
  12. Deep fry the rolls.
  13. :- Serve hot with ketchup.
