Stuffed Bread Toast My Experiments with the vegetables stuffed in bread 2 nos Eggs8 nos Bread slicesVegetables:-1 no Potato2 - CarrotsFresh green peas (A handful)Chilly powder (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) Boil the vegetables. Make a paste of the boiled vegetables. Add chilli powder and salt. :- The paste should have very less water content. Beat both the eggs, add chilli powder and salt. Pour the beaten eggs into a flat plate. Take 2 bread slices, spread the vegetable paste in between them, just like spreading jam on a bread. Heat some oil in a pan. Dip the bread in eggs, so that bread has a thin coating of eggs on it and fry in the pan :- Just like you fry an omlet. Fry both sides.:- Serve with tomato sauce. Kerala
