Instructions
  1. Boil the vegetables.
  2. Make a paste of the boiled vegetables.
  3. Add chilli powder and salt.
  4. :- The paste should have very less water content.
  5. Beat both the eggs, add chilli powder and salt.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs into a flat plate.
  7. Take 2 bread slices, spread the vegetable paste in between them, just like spreading jam on a bread.
  8. Heat some oil in a pan.
  9. Dip the bread in eggs, so that bread has a thin coating of eggs on it and fry in the pan
  10. :- Just like you fry an omlet.
  11. Fry both sides.
  12. :- Serve with tomato sauce.
