1)Cut the brinjal on the top side and scoop the inside of brinjal
with a spoon and keep it aside.
2) In a pan heat oil and splutter jeera.
3)Add Onion, green chillies, tomatoes.
4) Into this add gingergarlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and mix well.
5)Add water if required, into this add the scooped brinjal, chicken masala, salt and coriander leaves and cover it with a lid for 5 minutes.
6) Turnoff the stove and stuff the masala inside brinjal.
7)In a frying pan pour little oil and place the brinjals on it and fry it in a low flame by turning each side till it become brown colour.
8)serve the tasty stuffed brinjal with chappathi/ Butter nan.
