Instructions
  1. Slit the green chillies lengthwise.
  2. Make a thick batter with the besan / gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and baking soda and keep aside.
  3. Use water to make the batter as required.
  4. Boil and mash the potatoes with salt and add chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Stuff the chillies with the mashed potato and coat with the besan / gram flour batter.
