Stuffed Fish Fry(Meen)
Nadan recipe - Stuffed Fish Fry(Meen)
Ingredients
- 2 nos Pomfret Avoli
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 2 nos Tomato chopped
- 3 nos Green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Chilly powder
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- Semolina As reqd
- Rice flour As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Add turmeric, 2 tsp chilly powder and coriander powder.
- Add vinegar and salt.
- Add little water and make masala.
- Mix semolina, rice flour and 1 tsp chilly powder in a plate.
- Stuff the fish with the masala.
- Stuffed fish fry, a yummy recipe is ready.
