Cover the frying pan with a plate/lid and allow to cook the Ladies finger (do not apply water) on medium flame for about 10 minutes.
When one side of the Ladies fingers are cooked well turn them to other side and cook for some more time. When the Ladies fingers are cooked well, put off the stove and change it into a serving plate.
Stuffed Ladies fingers is ready and this can be served with Chappathi/Poori or as side dish for lunch/dinner.
