Instructions
  1. chop the mushroom and wash with the hot water
  2. in a pan heat the oil and add onion and green chilli and saute it until the onion turn into brown
  3. add ginger garlic paste and mix well until the raw smell goes out
  4. add pepper, salt and turmeric powder and mix it
  5. add chopped mushroom and mix well and allow to boil for 5 mins. dont add water as the mushroom itself leave the water for boiling
  6. add grated coconut and mix it
  7. add boiled aloo and mix well
  8. mushroom stuffing is ready
  9. clean the ooty milagai and cut into two pieces
  10. stuff the mushroom mix in the ooty milagai
  11. in a bowl add roasted gram flour, salt, red chili powder, cumin seed, corn flour, maida and asofoetida
  12. add turmeric and rice flour and add some water to make as a batter
  13. make as a fine batter
  14. dip the stuffed milagai in the batter
  15. heat the oil and fry the stuff mushroom milagai
  16. stuffed mushroom milagai bajji is ready
