Stuffed Omlette

Omlette stuffed with vegetables

  • Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onion, green chillies and ginger in low flame.
  • Add cabbage, carrot, tomato and keep sauting.
  • When the tomato is fried, add chopped capsicum and celery.
  • Add salt and pepper powder. Mix gently and remove the vegetable mixture from heat.
  • Beat the eggs with a egg beater until soft. Add a little pepper powder, salt and some milk.
  • Pour some oil in a flat pan and spread out the omlette.
  • Place previously prepared vegetable mixture in the centre of the omlette and roll off.
  • Repeat the process with the rest of the omlettes.
  • Serve the stuffed omlette with tomato sauce.
  • Tips:- 1)You can stuff the omlettes with shredded cooked pieces of chicken, mutton, beef etc.
  • You can also add green peas, beans and grated cheese to the vegetable mixture.
