  • Flour - 2 cup
  • Yeast - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Warm water - 1 cup
  • Salt - ½ tsp

Instructions
  1. In bowl add yeast and sugar and warm water leave it for ten mins. Its foam and keep aside
  2. In flour add salt and yeast mixture and make dough. Dough will be sticky
  3. Rest for 2 hours
  4. Now for stuffing, heat pan add oil and sauté onion. Now add vegetables and sauté well
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste, all powders and mix well
  6. Now when it cooks turn off and allow cooling
  7. Now make small dough and stuff veg mixture and make ball again and do others
  8. Now pre heat oven and bake for 25 mins for 200 degree
  9. Now the Stuffed Veg Bun is ready to serve
