  • Nankhatai biscuits(crumbled, cookies) - 200 g
  • Custard powder(mixed with little milk) - 3 tsp
  • Milk - 3 cups
  • Mixed fruits of choice(chopped) - 2 cups
  • Walnuts(shelled and chopped) - 50 g
  • Cream(whipped with 2 tbsp castor sugar) - 1 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2 cup

Instructions
  1. For preparing stylish pudding, prepare the custard by boiling the milk with sugar.
  2. Mix in the custard mixture and cook over a low flame, stirring continuously, till the mixture is thick and smooth.
  3. Add essence and mix well.
  4. Arrange half the biscuit crumbs in a bowl.
  5. Add a layer of the fruits and walnuts.
  6. Pour half the custard over and repeat another set of layers similarly.
  7. Stylish pudding is ready. Decorate with whipped cream and serve at once.
