  • First mash the banana, mango and butter well.
  • Stir in egg and butter milk into the mixture and beat well.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt. Beat well until smooth and frothy.
  • Spread the mixture in a greased baking tray and sprinkle chopped walnuts and raisins on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Cut into desired shapes when it cools.
  • Sugar free banana cake, a yummy blend for the diabetic, is ready.
