Instructions
  1. First mash the banana, mango and butter well.
  2. Stir in egg and butter milk into the mixture and beat well.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt. Beat well until smooth and frothy.
  4. Spread the mixture in a greased baking tray and sprinkle chopped walnuts and raisins on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Cut into desired shapes when it cools.
  6. Sugar free banana cake, a yummy blend for the diabetic, is ready.
