Sugar Free Banana And Mango Cake

blended wwith butter,
egg
, maida flour and other ingredients for preparing cake

All purpose flour
Maida
1/4

Diet butter

tsp
Baking powder
1/2
tsp
Baking soda
1/4
cup
Water
1/2
tsp
Cinnamon powder
Karugapatta
Cardamom
powder
A pinch
Walnuts
Few, chopped
Raisins
Few, Unakka munthiri
1/2
cup
Cashew nuts
chopped
Salt
A pinch
Instructions
First mash the
banana
,
mango
and butter well.
Stir in
egg
and butter
milk
into the mixture and beat well.
Combine flour,
baking powder
, baking soda, cinnamon,
cardamom
powder and a pinch of
salt
. Beat well until smooth and frothy.
Spread the mixture in a greased baking tray and sprinkle chopped walnuts and
raisins
on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cut into desired shapes when it cools.
