Instructions
  1. Add crushed cardamon and sugar to the thick curd.
  2. Pour the curd into a mixer and whisk until foamy.
  3. Add crushed ice and lime juice. Repeat a final whisk and the thick consistency should not be lost.
  4. Strain the lassi and cool in fridge
  5. Summer time curd lassi is ready and serve chilled.
  6. Tips:- 1)Various flavors can be added to yogurt depending on your liking. The main flavors available are plain lassi, salted lassi, mango lassi, mint lassi, strawberry lassi etc.
