Instructions
  1. boiled the rice
  2. cut and remove the seed inside the sundakka, clean and wash it for 5 times
  3. soak in the tamarind water for 15 minutes to remove the bitterness
  4. in a pan add water and bengal and cook it
  5. once the bengal gran get 3/4 cooked, add sundakka which is soaked in tamarind water, salt, sugar, red chili powder and turmeric powder and allow to cook
  6. chop the small onion and garlic
  7. now add tamarind water and allow to cook for 5 minutes in medium flame
  8. add 2 glass of water and allow to cook until the water get dry
  9. once the water get dry, add onion and garlic and allow to cook for 10 minutes until the onion and garlic get mix well and cooked
  10. now add grated coconut, mix well
  11. now add boiled rice and mix it
  12. allow to cook for 5 minutes and turn off the flame
  13. now sundakka rice is ready to serve
