Ingredients
  

For preparing dough:

  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 no. Green chilli
  • 3 nos. Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Butter

  • Take 100 ml warm water and add yeast and sugar. Mix well.
  • Now keep this aside. If it is active yeast wait for 15 minutes. Otherwise if you are using instant yeast, no need to wait.
  • Now, take a large bowl and add maida/all-purpose flour and add all other ingredients which are mentioned in the section 'For preparing dough'.
  • Now add yeast water and knead the flour.
  • Now dough is ready. Now we can transfer the dough to the greased bowl for proofing.
  • Now wait for 2 hours for proofing.
  • After two hours the dough will be raised double in size.
  • Now divide the dough into 4 pieces and make thin sheets with the help of a roll pin.
  • In the meantime, we are going to make the filling. Make a paste of coriander leaves, green chilli and garlic.
  • Now add butter with salt into the green mixture and mix well. Now filling is ready for stuffing.
  • Next, apply this paste on a thin sheet.
  • Place a new sheet on top and repeat applying the green paste. Now repeat with the remaining sheets in likewise manner and cover with the last sheet as shown in the figure.
  • Now place one glass in the center and cut into 4 (refer picture).
  • Next, make many cuts almost 16 slits. Twist each piece as shown in the picture.
  • Now top the glass covered center portion with sesame seeds. Next we are going to bake the dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes and bake for 25 minutes until it turns golden brown on the outside.
  • Now it's ready to apply butter on top of bread. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • The snack is ready to serve.
