Instructions
  1. Take 100 ml water and add yeast and sugar mix well
  2. Now keep aside. If it is active yeast wait for 15 minutes for active. Otherwise if instant yeast ready to use
  3. Now take a large bowl add maida / all-purpose flour and add all other ingredients which mentioned in ingredients for dough
  4. Now add mixer yeast water knead the flour
  5. Now dough is ready. Now we transfer to greased bowl for proofing
  6. Now wait for 2 hours for proofing
  7. After two hours the dough will be raised as double
  8. Now cut this dough into 4 pieces and make this sheet with help of roll pin
  9. In the meantime of proofing make that filling. Make a paste of coriander leaves and green chili and garlic
  10. Now add butter with salt mix well. Now filling is ready for stuffing
  11. Now apply this paste little in that thin sheet
  12. Now repeat the other two sheets like the same and cover the last sheet
  13. Now place one glass in the center and cut into 4 (refer picture)
  14. Now cut many cut into 16 slit. And twist each piece ( refer picture)
  15. Now topping the sesame seed in center to replace of glass. Now it's ready to bake
  16. Now preheat the oven 180 degrees for 10 minutes and bake 25 minutes or it color change golden brown
  17. Now it's ready to apply butter on top of bread. Allow to cool for 5 minutes
  18. Now is ready to serve
