Instructions
  1. Make a paste of chopped onions, ginger, garlic and 1/4 tsp of salt.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
  3. Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add red chillies.
  4. Add the onion paste and saute.
  5. Stir continuously on a medium flame, till the paste becomes light brown in colour.
  6. Add chopped green chillies.
  7. Add the chicken masala and simmer for 1 - 2 mins.
  8. Beat the eggs with 2 tsp of salt.
  9. Add coconut followed by the beaten eggs.
  10. Cook for 30 seconds on medium flame.
  11. Add the chopped tomato and pepper powder.
  12. Cook further for a minute or two.
  13. Add curry leaves and mix well.
  14. :- Serve hot.
