  • Rice flakes - 1/2 cup
  • Curd(Moru) - 1/4 cup
  • Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
  • Grated jaggery(one lemon size) -
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilly - 1 no
  • Ghee/Butter -
  • Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
  1. Soak rice and fenugreek seeds for 5-6 hours. Then grind all ingredients except green chilly to a smooth paste.
  2. Ferment for 8 hours. Add chopped green chilly and mix well.Heat a non stick pan.Smear ghee to pan. Pour one ladle full of batter.Do not spread.
  3. Cover and cook on a low flame till golden brown on one side only.Serve hot .
  4. It is too tasty with red chilly chutney.
