For preparing sweet and crispy rotis with chickpea, prepare a dough using aata, 1 tsp ghee, semolina, water and required salt. Keep aside for an hour.
Melt remaining ghee in a pan and roast the chickpea and powder it. Keep this aside.
Take a pan and dissolve the jaggery powder in 1 tbsp of water. Bring to boil.
Stir in chickpea powder, fresh coconut and cardamom powder. Turn off flame when the mixture has dried completely and water has evaporated. Keep this aside.
Pluck small balls out of the aata dough and flatten lightly. Put a tbsp of sweet chickpea mixture and roll as ball again.
Roll out into rotis sprinkling little aata flour.
Heat a tawa and fry sweet and crispy rotis on both sides applying little ghee.
