Sweet And Sour Mango Pickle

this is both sweet and sour mango pickle. this is my most favorite and its small with different aroma. because i used funnel seed and so its different with other pickle . its taste is very good and feeling yummy. i used little sour ans sweet mango which is rind is raw and pulp is sweet. if you get like ta try this pickle. its awesome.

  • Little raw Mango( chopped as your wish , i chopped little big) - 2
  • Red chili - 8
  • Coriander seed - 1 tbsp
  • Funnel seed - 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Asafeotida - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) -
  • Gingelly oil - 1/4 cup

Instructions
  1. Chop mango and dry in sun light for 2 hours
  2. Now in pan dry roast red chili , and all other ingredients turn off and allow to cool
  3. Now in blender add all roasted items and grind well
  4. Now add salt and mix well
  5. Now mix with mango and keep aside
  6. Now heat oil and add mustard seed and pour on mango mix
  7. Now again keep in sunlight for 2-4 hours and transfer to glass jar.
  8. Now its ready to serve Sweet and sour mango pickle
