Instructions
  1. For preparing sweet and sour prawns, first mix together the following ingredients: maida, cornflour, egg, chilly powder, pepper powder, tomato sauce and required salt. Make a smooth paste by adding little water.
  2. Add a pinch of agino moto to the prepared paste and mix well.
  3. Dip each prawn in the paste mixture and roll in broken vermicelli.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the prawns to a golden brown color.
  5. Sweet and sour prawns, a nutritious, mouth-watering recipe, is ready. Serve hot.
