  • *Worcestershire Sauce - 3 tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Cut onions, carrots, capsicum and tomatoes into thin and long strips.
  2. Cut pineapple into 1/4" strips.
  3. Boil carrots lightly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  5. Put ginger, chilly powder and onions and fry them for some time.
  6. Add water, vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, aji-no-moto, salt and all the vegetables.
  7. When they start boiling, simmer for some time.
  8. Make a paste of cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add this to the above mixture.
  9. When it becomes thick, turn off the gas.
  10. :-Serve hot with Chowmein or Hakka Noodles.
