Sweet bread pola is a sweet pudding recipe which can be prepared with egg,milk and bread.it is very famous in Malabar Muslims.You can serve this sweet pudding recipe as a party appetizer.

Ingredients

3 slice Bread
1 cup milk
5 egg
3/4 cup Sugar
3 crushed cardamom
10 each cashew and raisins
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Remove the edges and soak the bread in milk
Blend egg,sugar and cardamom for 2-3 minutes.
Add soaked bread and blend it again.
Pour the mixture in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes.
In the mean time heat ghee in a pan and roast cashew and raisins in it.
Add roasted cashew and raisins on the top of the pudding.Cook it again for 20 minutes.
Sweet bread pola or bread pudding is ready.
