Bread pudding is a bread based dessert popular in many countries.Left over bread can be easily converted into a dessert.My family loves bread pudding very much.

Instructions
  1. Heat milk ina saucepanpan on lowflame.Add butter,vanilla essence, cinnamon ,sugar and salt.Continue cooking until butter melts.Keep it aside and cool it.
  2. Remove the edges of the bread and cut into small pieces.Grease the pudding tray and fill it with bread pieces.
  3. Beat the eggs and add to this milk mixture and mix well.Pour this mixture over bread.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Bake it for 25 - 30 minutes or till the custard is set or the edges of the bread have browned.
  5. Delicious Sweet Bread Pudding is ready. Serve with icecream.Njoi!!
