Sweet Corn Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sweet corn
  • 4 tbsp Chicken After cooking, chop into small pieces.
  • 5 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 cubes Chicken stock cubes
  • 1 no. Egg
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat water, dissolve the 2 cubes and add sweet corn into it. Let it boil.
  • Into this, add the corn flour after it is dissolved in little water.
  • When it starts to boil nicely, add the egg which is beaten well into it. With a fork simmer it.
  • :- You should get the egg as threads.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Add the pepper and salt as reqd.
  • Garnish with chopped chicken pieces. :- Serve hot.
  • :- Its best if u use white pepper as it will not give a different colour.
