Instructions
  1. Pressure cook the sweet corn.
  2. Grind it along with green chillies, garlic and ginger.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the chopped onion.
  5. Mix together the ground sweet corn mixture, fried onions and mashed potatoes along with all other ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Dip the bread slices in water, squeeze out the excess water and add it to the above mixture.
  7. Mix the contents well to form a thick dough and make round or heart shape cutlets off the mixture.
  8. Deep fry or shallow fry the cultets.
  9. :- Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

Very easy and delicious recipe. I made it in a jiffy. Yummy. I browsed the net for a quick corn cutlet recipe and i choose this.
