6 Bread slices
3 Egg
2 tbsp Milk powder
Sugar as required
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
2 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

Cut each bread slice into triangular shape.
In a bowl add eggs,milk powder,sugar,cardamom and beat till the sugar dissolves.
Dip each slice into the egg mixture
Heat a pan,add ghee and spread it evenly on the bottom.toast both sides till golden brown in colour.
Sweet eggy bread toast is ready to serve.
