Sweet Palaada
Very easy to cook & tasty. It is made by using cocunut
milk
.

Ingredients

All purpose flour
Maida

cups
Coconut
Milk
thick

nos
Beaten Eggs
2
tsp
Powdered
Sugar
1/2
tsp
Sesame seeds
1/2
tsp
Cumin seeds
1/4
tsp
Salt
Instructions
Take a vessel and mix the flour,
coconut
milk
, eggs,
sugar
& salt. Beat clearly like a dosa batter & then add
sesame seeds
& cumin seeds.
Heat the pan & pour 1 scoop of batter & round it thin.
Once it becomes slightly dry, add 1 tsp of
sugar
& ghee in the middle & spread a bit.
When you find the
sugar
is melting, fold it slowly in a triangle.
Like this u can make upto 15 palaada`s
