Sweet Potato Micro Kheer Dessert prepared in microwave 1 litre Milk1/2 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka)250 gm Sweet potatoes (peeled and thinly grated, Madhurakizhangu)5 nos Almonds (Badam)5 nos Pistachios (Pista)3/4 cup Sugar1/8 tsp Saffron In a small casserole, add almonds, pista and 1/2 cup of water.Micro Hi for a minute.Peel off the skin and slice thinly.In a medium casserole, Micro Hi milk for 10 mins.Add sweet potatoes and mix thoroughly.Micro Med for 10 mins and Med Low for 5 mins, stirring in between. Add sugar and mix well.Micro Low for 10 mins.Add cardamom powder and saffron. Cool and decorate with almond and pista slices.:- Serve chilled. Tamil
