Instructions
  1. Deep fry the boiled aloo
  2. chop the onion and green chili
  3. In a pan heat the oil and temper the garlic and ginger and saute the onion and green chili for two mins
  4. add cooked aloo, Red chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, chat masala and lemon juice and mix well
  5. cook for 5 mins in low flame
  6. garnish with coriander leaves, now sweet & sour aloo is ready to serve
