Instructions
  1. soak the urad dal in water and grind it by adding sugar
  2. make as a thick batter, dont add water while grinding it , if needed just spray the water
  3. in bowl add urad dal batter, maida, corn flour and rice flour and mix well
  4. heat the oil in the pan and fry the urad dal batter in vada shape
  5. filter the oil by pressing both the side of vada with two spatula
  6. ullandhu vada is ready to serve
