Instructions
  1. For preparing tacos, cook beef with ginger, garlic, pepper and salt and mince it finely. Keep this aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Fry one side of the tortilla in it on medium flame.
  4. Turn around and fold it on 2 sides using a tong.(the folded tortilla can be fried as desired)
  5. Place the fried tortilla in a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
  6. Fill the beef inside the tortilla and serve it along with tomato, lettuce, cheese and taco sauce.
