  • *Vegetable Stock - 4 cups
  • Carrot(half boiled and cut into thin strips) - 1/2
  • Cabbage Leaves(sliced) - 4 nos
  • Noodles(boiled) - 3/4 cup
  • Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour(mixed in1/4 cup of water) - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For making Vegetable soup:- Mix every thing in a pressure cooker, cover it with lid and boil for 15 minutes. If you want to make a clear soup, don`t mash it. Turn off the gas. Strain using a strainer. Use the liquid for making soup.
  2. For making soup:- Mix together the vegetable stock, black pepper, sugar, salt, soya-sauce and ajinomoto.
  3. Boil it.
  4. Add corn flour paste while stirring continuously.
  5. Add the vegetables and simmer it for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Put boiled noodles.
  7. Switch off the flame.
  8. :-Serve hot.
