  • Cochineal coloring(Few drops) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing tamarind cooler, firstly grind tamarind, ginger & cinnamon to a paste. Put it in a big bowl along with salt & sugar.
  2. Then pour 3 cups boiling water on the top.
  3. Cover & set aside to cool. Strain through a fine muslin cloth.
  4. Add soda & enough colour to give it a lovely pink colour.
  5. Serve chilled with crushed ice.
