  • Tomatoes(sliced, big size) - 2 nos
  • Salt(as reqd) -
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 5 nos
  • Dry red chillies - 5 nos
  • Oil(as reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Grind and mix Coconut, tomatoes and salt with water required for consistency of chutney - in a mixer.
  2. Heat Oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and fenugreek.
  3. Add Dry Red Chillies and Curry leaves.
  4. Pour the mixture of coconut and tomatoes into the pan.
  5. Put the flame off immediately.
  6. :- Serve with crisp dosas. Yum!!!
