Instructions
  1. For preparing tamil dosai, soak in water boiled rice and raw rice together. Soak in water urad dal separately for about 4 hours and grind separately.
  2. After grinding, mix both of them so as to make a batter. Allow it to ferment for 8 hours.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly in round shape on a nonstick pan.
  5. Add oil around it and allow it get cooked till it becomes crisp.
  6. Turn sides and cook well.
  7. Tamil dosai is ready.
