Instructions
  1. Heat a non stick pan and add oil.
  2. Add garlic and onion.
  3. Fry it well to golden brown.
  4. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  5. :- Do not add water. The content should shrink.
  6. Add eggs and remove from stove.
  7. :- Instead of boiled egg, egg omelette can also be used
  8. :- Goes well with rice varieties.
