Instructions
  1. For preparing tamil nadu koli curry, first heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add garam masala, onion, coconut and saute. Add coriander seeds, dry chillies, ginger and garlic.
  2. When done, grind them.
  3. Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add sliced onion, green chillies and ground paste. Fry well.
  4. Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric, curry powder and curry leaves. When it turns semi brown, add chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cumin powder and saute again.
  6. Add salt, water and cook the chicken till tender.
  7. Tamil nadu koli curry is ready. Serve with coriander leaves on top.
