Instructions
  1. Heat the kadai.
  2. Pour 1 tsp ghee and fry cashews and dried grapes in it.
  3. Fry the rava on sim and keep aside.
  4. In a thick base kadai, boil the water and milk.
  5. While boiling, add fried rava.
  6. When it's consistency will become thick, add sugar.
  7. Stir continuously on slow flame.
  8. When it'll become thick, add the fried cashews, dry grapes and cardamom powder.
  9. :- Milk kesari is ready to be served.
