  • Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies - 5 -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
For seasoning:-
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves(A few) -

Instructions
  1. Grind together peanuts, green chillies and salt adding enough water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Splutter mustard seeds.
  4. Pour the ground chutney and reduce the flame to sim.
  5. :- The chutney must be somewhat watery but not that much watery.
  6. Bring the chutney to a boil.
  7. Add the curry leaves and remove from fire.
  8. Thats it. Peanut chutney is ready.
  9. :- Serve with dosas and idlis.
  10. :- Please check the consistency yourself.
