:- To test if the oil is hot enough, drop a pinch of dough into it. If it sinks, the oil isn`t hot enough. If the dough springs to the top with bubbles all around it, then the oil is ready.
Drop in the murukku gently into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
The recipe came out quite well, except that i think the rice after it is powdered should be roasted once and seived before mixing with other ingredients

It came out really well,I also added grounded garlic pods. This turned out to be tasty.
