Instructions
  1. Take puffed Bengal gram and put it in a blender to grind it into a fine powder.
  2. Add grated coconut, ginger, green chillies, tamarind juice and water.
  3. Grind it to a paste and add salt.
  4. Transfer the contents into a bowl.
  5. Finally, season with mustard seeds, a pinch of asafoetida and curry leaves.
  6. :-Serve with hot idlis and dosas.
