Instructions
  1. For preparing tamilnadu special vada, roast and powder split bengal gram, pigeon peas, green gram and black gram.
  2. Mix all the grams with required water to make a thick dough and keep it aside for 20 min.
  3. Add the ground mixture, green chillies, asafoetida, onion, curry leaves and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pat into round patties and deep fry till light brown in colour.
  5. Tamilnadu special vada is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
